Office writes
Bills, meters, rates, and staff logins stay on the local ERP.
Building ERP · Pakistan
UnitFlow is prepaid and postpaid ERP for apartment and commercial societies. Staff issue bills and apply meters on one office PC. Cloud adds a private replica you open from anywhere with a Building ID.
One building per license. Prepaid or postpaid, not both on one key.

The gap
Occupants, remaining units, fire cover, and maintenance live in different chats and files. The office has the truth. Owners at home have a screenshot. UnitFlow puts the ledger on one PC, then mirrors it for Cloud sites.
Bills, meters, rates, and staff logins stay on the local ERP.
Hosted copy and apps are view and reports. Nothing writes back.
Prepaid or postpaid, never mixed. Caps live in the signed license.
Each society has its own database. No shared occupant list.
In every package
Occupants, units, import, bills, meters, rates, staff roles, and PDFs are always on. Fire, accounting, billing groups, and promos are on every band. WhatsApp starts at band 2. Choose prepaid or postpaid when the license is issued.
Directory for every resident and shop, with unit accounts, arrears, and transfer clearance before a move-out.
One model per building. Prepaid credits units when the bill is marked paid. Postpaid invoices consumption on the same ERP. Never mixed on one key.
Ingest hardware readings or enter meters by hand. Consumption drains remaining units on prepaid, and feeds postpaid bills.
Residential and commercial rates, unit types, billing groups, and promo codes. No hard-coded building names.
When cover is due, the extinguisher fee can land on the bill. Paying it extends cover by twelve months.
Receipts and expenses post into the books so billing and finance stay on the same record.
Bill paid and low-unit notices to occupants and owners. Included on every band.
The same reminders on WhatsApp for bands 2 and 3. Band 1 that needs WhatsApp steps up to band 2.
Super admin, billing, and finance. Caps on the license set how many staff that building may use.
Open a building from a spreadsheet: units, meters, occupants, and opening balances.
A4 utility bills with the building on the left and UnitFlow on the right. Export follows the license.
Cloud adds a private replica you open from home. The office PC remains the only place that writes bills.
How it works
01
Staff create occupants, apply meters, and issue bills on one local machine. That copy is the source of truth.
02
If they bought Cloud, the office queue syncs to UnitFlow. Each building gets its own database. Nothing is shared across societies.
03
From anywhere, staff open the hosted copy, enter that building’s ID, then their own login. Occupant and admin apps use the same idea.
Staff from home open the hosted copy, then the Building ID we issue with the license. Each Cloud building has its own database. The Control Panel is only for UnitFlow.
Packages
Pick hosting, then a band, then prepaid or postpaid. The license stores a maximum, not a range. At 11 units they buy band 2. At 51, band 3. One billing model per building.

Own-server replica is not the Cloud package. That stays Local pricing unless they buy a custom app. Two towers are two licenses.
Questions
No. Each building is its own office ERP, own license, and own cloud database. Staff open the hosted copy and enter their own Building ID.
